


ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS
- To establish a nationwide group of “employees” with sufficient membership to negotiate the most favorable rates and services for Insurance and Financial Planning Benefit Packages with the ability for “self-management”.
- Qualify YCB as an approved Non-Profit Organization with appropriate oversight.
- Establish a Board of Directors and a small staff of experts with experience in the health insurance and financial planning businesses able to explain the issues to the YCB membership - and with the ability to negotiate affordable and/or profitable programs addressing the needs of the YCB membership.
- Establish the subscriptions as a fund for administration (max 10%) and the remainder to fund Medial Insurance premiums for members unemployed for up to six months and maybe assist members affected by catastrophic events.

WHAT YCB DOES NOT WANT TO BE
YCB does NOT want to be an insurance company or provider - all insurance plans are to be negotiated and administered by established reputable providers.
YCB does NOT want to be a financial institution - all financial planning and banking issues are to be negotiated with and administered by established reputable financial institutions.
YCB will NOT allow or accept payment from discount service providers wishing to offer discount services to YCB members - approved providers will, however, be answerable to YCB to guarantee services are real discounts without hidden fees and/or charges.
